agilent-ch (Agilent ChemStation export file)
A binary data file created by Agilent ChemStation or OpenLab software, for liquid chromatographs. The files contain the limits of the retention time axis as well as the signal data.
agilent-dx (Agilent OpenLab data file)
A raw data export file for Agilent OpenLab CDS. It is actually a zipped archive containing other binary data file formats.
biologic-mpr (BioLogic MPR file)
A binary data file created by BioLogic cyclers, containing time- and frequency-domain data pertaining to many electrochemical techniques, such as voltammetry, potentiometry, coulometry and impedance spectroscopy.
biologic-mpt (BioLogic MPT file)
A text data file created by BioLogic EC-Lab from data from BioLogic cyclers, containing time- and frequency-domain data pertaining to many electrochemical techniques, such as voltammetry, potentiometry, coulometry and impedance spectroscopy.
neware-nda (Neware NDA)
A binary data file used by Neware cyclers. At least two different versions exist, one with the `.nda` file extension, the other with `.ndax`. From the Neware website: "NDA file is a kind of structured data file. This kind of file stores testing data and other information including steps once you scheduled and log during testing."
panalytical-xrdml (PANalytical XRDML file)
A structured XML file, containing data from diffraction experiments, developed by PANalytical.
phi-spe (PHI SPE Multipak file)
A binary file containing the raw data from PHI spectrometers. The files contain an ASCII header, followed by the data records in binary format.
qe-cp-in (QE CP input file)
An input file for Quantum ESPRESSO's Car-Parrinello (CP) ab-initio molecular dynamics package.
qe-pw-in (QE PW input file)
An input file for Quantum ESPRESSO's planewave (PW) package.
quantum-design-dat (Quantum Design Data File)
A csv-based text data file created by Quantum Design physical property measurement systems and magnetic property measurement systems, containing the results of physical property measurements of various types. The measurements may be the result of processing from additional raw data, e.g. raw SQUID voltage data in a Quantum Design .rw.dat file.
renishaw-wdf (Renishaw WDF file)
A binary data file created by Renishaw Raman microscopes, optimised to handle very large datasets of multiple (millions) of Raman spectra taken at points of an optical image.
zeiss-tiff (Zeiss TIFF)
A specialisation of the Tag Image File Format (TIFF) that includes metadata annotations from Zeiss microscopes.
